Nathaniel has been passionate about real estate his entire life, as he grew up in a real estate family. Nate has much experience in all facets of the industry, including ownership, renovations, management, investing, and assisting clients to find their dream home or investment property. Nate studied finance and management at Bryant University with a minor in communication, which has helped him evaluate real estate deals as well as communicate clearly during negotiations. He has also worked in the film industry, creating marketing videos for small companies, all to help clients make their dreams become a reality.

Nathaniel and Lucas Merchant joined forces, creating the MerGo Team to better serve their clients. By teaming up, they have created a more hands-on approach to servicing their clients' every need. When Nathaniel isn't selling, talking, or looking at real estate, he enjoys spending time golfing, exploring new neighborhoods, and finding local artwork to add to his budding collection. His newest hobbies are sailing and fly fishing, both of which he thoroughly enjoys.
