The St. Regis Residences, Boston, at 150 Seaport Boulevard in Boston's Seaport District, is a 22-story luxury condominium tower with 114 residences, completed in 2022.
Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the glass tower twists as it rises, a sculptural form meant to recall billowing sails and the bow of a ship. It was the last building designed by firm co-founder Howard Elkus, and it is the first residential-only St. Regis in the world. Interiors by BAMO carry the maritime theme inside, and the building was designed with LEED Gold goals and coastal flood resilience in mind.
Residences range from one-bedroom homes to six-bedroom penthouses, and most include a walk-out or Juliet balcony. Finishes include wide-plank Italian oak floors, custom Italian light-oak cabinetry, honed white marble baths, and radiant-heated primary bath floors. Many homes also have a private butler pantry with its own service door, so deliveries arrive without opening the front door.
Service follows the St. Regis tradition. Residents have butler service, a concierge, and doormen, plus valet and an underground garage. A 12,000-square-foot amenity level on the fourth floor includes a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and spa, a fitness center and multi-sport golf simulator, a library, a lounge, the St. Regis bar and wine vault, a business center and boardroom, and two guest suites for visitors.
The tower sits directly on Boston Harbor, and its public waterfront deck completes a stretch of the Harborwalk. The Institute of Contemporary Art and the Boston Children's Museum are nearby, and neighbors include Pier 4 and Echelon Seaport. The Silver Line runs beneath Seaport Boulevard, South Station is a short trip away, and the restaurants and shops of the Seaport District are right outside the door.
Among Boston's branded residences, the St. Regis stands apart for its harborfront setting and its focus on full-time residential service.
