Meet Gretchen
Gretchen has a long history of real estate from as early as her youth. Her father and brother both work in construction, and she has helped them in the rebuilding and flipping of properties for longer than she can remember. From this early experience, she has built not only a passion for real estate but an acute knowledge of the industry. Armed with this knowledge, she has worked with renters, buyers, and sellers throughout Greater Boston for a few years and now continues to build her business as part of the team at BHHS Warren Residential.
Her approach to her business is "full-service," and her clients appreciate her prompt communication. She takes the time to explain the process in a way clients can understand and makes sure they are kept informed throughout the entire transaction. It is important to her that there is full transparency throughout the entire process, and clients often praise her for her communication skills. Gretchen understands that purchasing a home is more than just the property, and also makes sure to help clients understand the area, from schools to grocery stores. Because of this, many of her earlier renters are now buying their first homes with her!
