Raffles Boston is the brand's first hotel and residences in North America. The tower was designed by The Architectural Team, with residential interiors by Rockwell Group, and developed by The Noannet Group and Saunders Hotel Group. Residents arrive through their own lobby on Stuart Street, finished with a fireplace and separate from the hotel entrance on Trinity Place.
Homes begin with pied-à-terre studios and continue through one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences to three- and four-bedroom penthouses on the top floors, including a duplex with a circular stair and terraces. Finishes include walnut entry doors, European ash kitchen cabinetry, Calacatta marble, engineered wood floors, and marble baths with frameless showers and soaking tubs, under ceilings of about nine and a half feet.
Service follows the Raffles tradition, with a 24-hour concierge and the brand's signature butler service. The 21st floor is a private residents' level with lounges, the Secret Garden tea lounge, a pet spa, and an indoor dog run.
