Joshua Stephens is a Vice President at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren Residential and heads the firm's Luxury Division at our Back Bay office. He also leads the Moving Greater Boston team. He joined the company in 2013 and has personally sold over $250 million in real estate, plus more than $90 million in development sales.

His track record in Boston's luxury markets and other high-value areas includes the 9th most expensive single-family sale of the year in Beacon Hill and Back Bay, multiple $3 million-plus sales in luxury condo buildings across Boston, a 12,000 square foot estate in Milton that set a record at the time of sale, the lowest days on market ever for a luxury single-family home in Padanaram Village in South Dartmouth, and the highest single-family sale in Lenox at the time (2022).

In 2017, Joshua was chosen to serve on the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices national REthink Council, a group of 15 agents selected from thousands of applicants. Outside of real estate, he helped launch BNI Prospect Hill in 2016, a networking group for local business owners and entrepreneurs, and serves as its president.

Joshua works with buyers, sellers, investors and developers across Greater Boston, and he sees his role as a long-term advisor, not just someone who facilitates a sale.
