1330 Boylston, at 1330 Boylston Street in Boston's Fenway neighborhood, is a rental apartment building with 200 residences, completed in 2008 a short walk from Fenway Park.
Samuels & Associates developed 1330 Boylston as part of a 450,000-square-foot mixed-use project that also includes street-level shops and restaurants and a 90,000-square-foot home for Fenway Health next door at 1340 Boylston. Elkus Manfredi Architects designed the base building, and it rose on a former parking lot where the Baseball Tavern once stood. About 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail holds restaurants and a coffee house along the Boylston Street sidewalk.
Apartments are mostly one- and two-bedroom homes, from about 750 to more than 1,350 square feet, along with a small number of larger layouts. Homes have hardwood floors, in-unit washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and stainless appliances, and select units have balconies or terraces. Penthouse homes have ceilings of 10 to 13 feet.
The signature amenity is a rooftop pool and sundeck with city views. Residents also have a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, a resident lounge, a private courtyard and green roof garden, and an underground garage with EV charging. An on-site Zipcar location, package lockers, and dry cleaning pickup round out the services, and the building is pet friendly.
Fenway Park is a few blocks away, and the Fenway and Kenmore Green Line stations and Lansdowne commuter rail station are within walking distance, as is the Longwood Medical Area. Neighbors on Boylston Street include The Harlo next door and The Van Ness Residences across the street.
1330 Boylston pairs resort-style rooftop amenities with a central Fenway address.
